Golf in Wells Branch

Wells Branch is an unincorporated community in northern Travis County along the US 183 corridor between Round Rock and the Austin city limits, a suburban residential area that developed rapidly as Austin grew northward. The community has a residential character in the flat Blackland Prairie terrain of northern Travis County, with access to the major employment centers along the US 183 and I-35 corridors. Wells Branch is immediately south of Round Rock and north of the Austin city limits, in the densely developed north Austin suburban corridor. The community has parks and trail systems along the Walnut Creek drainage. The tech-sector employment expansion of the Austin area has driven growth in the entire northern Travis County area, and Wells Branch is part of that suburban development pattern. One course serves this north Travis County community in the flat terrain of northern Travis County.
