Stableford Calculator
Stableford rewards points per hole instead of counting every stroke, so one blow-up hole doesn't wreck your round. Enter your scores hole by hole and the points add up as you go.
Type your score on each hole. Standard scoring: par = 2 points, birdie = 3, bogey = 1, double bogey or worse = 0.

How Stableford points work
Each hole scores points against its par, under the standard scale set out in Rule 21 of the Rules of Golf:
- Double bogey or worse — 0
- Bogey (1 over) — 1
- Par — 2
- Birdie (1 under) — 3
- Eagle (2 under) — 4
- Albatross (3 under) — 5
The general rule is points = 2 − (score − par), never less than zero. Highest total wins. Around 36 points is a solid round for a player using their full handicap.
Gross or net
By default this adds up gross Stableford — your raw scores against par. For a net total, open “Adjust pars & add handicap strokes” and enter the handicap strokes you receive on each hole (from your scorecard's stroke index and your Course Handicap); the points are then worked out from your net score. You can edit each hole's par there too, for courses that aren't a standard par 72.
