Indian Head Golf Course

Indian Head Golf Course is in Cayuga, Cayuga County, near the north end of Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes region. The course serves the Cayuga community and the northern Cayuga County golf market in the terrain at the junction of Cayuga Lake and the Seneca River outlet. Cayuga Lake's northern end is defined by the river outlet connecting the lake to the Erie Canal system. The flat terrain at the north end of Cayuga Lake in this part of the Finger Lakes corridor provides the setting for golf in the Cayuga community.
