Jacob Riis Park Golf Course

Jacob Riis Park Golf Course is in the Rockaways area of Queens County, on the Atlantic Ocean barrier beach of the outer New York City coast. The course is in the Jacob Riis Park section of Gateway National Recreation Area on the Rockaway Peninsula, in the barrier beach landscape of the outer Queens ocean shore. The Rockaway Peninsula's position at the ocean entrance to Jamaica Bay gives the park and course a dramatic coastal setting on the outer New York City coastal area. The course provides a golf option in this outer Queens ocean-barrier landscape.
