Balcones Country Club

Balcones Country Club is a private club in Austin, Travis County, in the Hill Country edge terrain northwest of downtown Austin. The club occupies the terrain along the Balcones Escarpment, where the limestone Edwards Plateau drops toward the Blackland Prairie to the east. The Hill Country setting north of Austin provides a terrain of cedar, oak, and limestone outcroppings typical of the Edwards Plateau.
