John Pitman Golf Club

John Pitman Golf Club is in Hereford, Deaf Smith County, in the Texas Panhandle west of Amarillo. Hereford is the county seat of Deaf Smith County, an agricultural city closely associated with the Hereford cattle breed that is central to the Panhandle cattle industry. The course serves the Hereford community in the flat High Plains terrain at roughly 3,800 feet elevation, in a major feedlot and agricultural production area.
