Legends Golf Course is in Kingsland, Burnet County, on Lake Lyndon B. Johnson in the Texas Hill Country. Kingsland is a community on Lake LBJ in the Highland Lakes chain, in the Llano Uplift granite and limestone country of Burnet County. The course serves the Kingsland resort and residential community on the lake, in the distinctive terrain of the Llano Uplift where the geology produces a landscape of granite outcrops and clear spring-fed water.
