Maxwell Golf Course

Maxwell Golf Course is in Abilene, in Taylor County, in west central Texas. The course provides golf in a region dominated by flat to gently varied terrain characteristic of the west Texas plains. Taylor County sits at the transition zone between the Edwards Plateau to the south and the flat Permian Basin to the west. Abilene's climate brings hot, dry summers and mild winters with occasional cold fronts from the north.
