Golf in Trinidad

Trinidad is the Las Animas County seat at the southern end of Colorado's Front Range, a historic borderland city where the Santa Fe Trail crossed Raton Pass into New Mexico and where nineteenth-century mining and ranching wealth left a legacy of Victorian architecture that defines the downtown's distinctive character. Trinidad Country Club provides the city with private golf amenities in a community known equally for its cultural heritage—including the Ludlow Massacre site, the Baca House and Bloom Mansion museums, and the A.R. Mitchell Western Art Museum—and its position as the last significant Colorado city before New Mexico.
