Estero is a community in Lee County in the Southwest Florida corridor between Bonita Springs and Fort Myers, in the I-75 residential zone east of Estero Bay. Six courses serve the community — Old Corkscrew Golf Club, Stoneybrook Golf Club-Estero, Stoneybrook Golf Course, The Club at Grandezza, Villages at Country Creek, and Wildcat Run Golf and Country Club — in a part of the county that has seen substantial residential development along the Corkscrew Road and US-41 corridors.
