Golf in Fort Green

Fort Green is a small community in Hardee County in the central Florida interior, in the phosphate-mining country south of the Lake Wales Ridge. Streamsong Resort operates here, with the Black Course and the Red and Blue Course among the more noted resort layouts in the state. The facility is situated on former phosphate-mining land where reclamation has created a topographically varied landscape unusual in the otherwise flat Florida interior.
