Golf in Samoset

Samoset is a community in Manatee County in the greater Bradenton metro, in the suburban zone between Bradenton and the Manatee River. Two courses serve the area — River Isles Golf Course and River Run Golf Links — in the settled Bradenton-Sarasota residential market. No hole-count data is in public records for either course. Manatee County's Gulf Coast corridor draws a large and active retirement and year-round residential population, and the Bradenton area courses serve a market sustained by the substantial permanent population as well as the strong winter-season migration that amplifies golf demand in the October-through-April peak. The Manatee River defines much of the natural setting in the Samoset area.
