Golf in Pendleton

Pendleton is a Madison County town with a history older than its suburban present suggests — Fall Creek runs through the community, and a nineteenth-century mill town identity preceded the growth that has made Pendleton increasingly a commuter address east of Anderson. Madison County sits in east-central Indiana between the Indianapolis metro and the Muncie area, and Pendleton's position on the county's southern edge puts it within reach of both markets. The town retains a distinct small-town character despite the growth pressures that have reshaped much of central Indiana's mid-tier communities.
