Golf in Emporia

Emporia, the Lyon County seat on the Neosho River in east-central Kansas, is a college city whose identity is shaped by Emporia State University and the legacy of William Allen White, the nationally celebrated journalist and small-city philosopher who ran the Emporia Gazette for decades.
