Golf in Hendersonville

Hendersonville is the county seat of Henderson County, in the NC Blue Ridge mountains south of Asheville. The city is in the French Broad River watershed at about 2,200 feet elevation, in the apple-growing country of Henderson County's mountain valleys. Hendersonville is known for its historic Main Street, apple festivals, and its position as a gateway between Asheville and the South Carolina Upstate along I-26. Henderson County is one of the more accessible mountain counties given its lower elevations compared to the higher ranges to the north and west.
