Golf in Lillington

Lillington is the county seat of Harnett County, on the Cape Fear River in the NC Piedmont-Coastal Plain transition zone. The town serves as the governmental center of Harnett County, which spans the transitional terrain between the Triangle's outer ring and the Fayetteville-Cumberland County corridor. Harnett County has grown significantly as a Triangle exurb and military-adjacent community, with Campbell University in Buies Creek giving the county an additional academic presence.
