Golf in Matthews

Matthews is a suburban town in southeastern Mecklenburg County, east of Charlotte along the U.S. 74 corridor toward Monroe. The town is one of the Charlotte metro's established inner-ring eastern suburbs, with a distinct small-town center alongside its suburban residential character. Matthews has grown as both a bedroom community and a destination in its own right, with the U.S. 74 corridor connecting it to Charlotte to the west and Union County's growing communities to the east.
