Golf in Cetronia

Cetronia is a community in Lehigh County's Whitehall Township, forming part of the northern Allentown suburban mass that has expanded steadily up the Lehigh Valley. Whitehall Township has absorbed much of Allentown's population growth as the city's own boundaries reached capacity, and the commercial and residential development along MacArthur Road defines the township's main axis. The Lehigh Valley's third-largest Pennsylvania metropolitan area makes this corridor one of the state's more active suburban markets, with demand for recreational golf reflecting the dense population and relative affluence of the Route 22 and Route 309 corridors. Cetronia's position north of Allentown places it between the city's developed inner ring and the more rural upper Lehigh County townships, giving courses here access to both urban-adjacent and suburban populations.
