Golf in Denver

Denver is a Lancaster County borough in the northern part of the county where the Pennsylvania Dutch agricultural tradition extends to the Blue Mountain's base. Lancaster County's northern tier is less visited than the Lancaster-Intercourse-Bird-in-Hand tourist corridor to the south, but it shares the same limestone soil productivity that makes this county one of the most agriculturally valuable in the eastern United States. Denver sits along the Cocalico Creek, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike's Bowmansville interchange lies nearby, connecting the borough to the regional transportation network. The Reading metro area is twenty miles north, and the Lancaster metro begins just south of town — Denver occupies the overlap zone between two regional markets.
