Golf in Stowe

Stowe is Vermont's most celebrated mountain resort, a community built around Mount Mansfield — the state's highest peak — that has been welcoming visitors since the 1930s when Austrian ski pioneer Sepp Ruschp established the ski school that launched Vermont's winter tourism industry. The Mountain Road corridor from the village to the ski resort is lined with inns, restaurants, and shops of considerable quality, and the Stowe Recreation Path provides a world-class recreational trail for cyclists, walkers, and runners.
