Golf in Fitchburg

Fitchburg is a growing city in Dane County, set just south of Madison and effectively part of the capital metro. The city blends new development, technology and biotech employers, and the surrounding farm country that begins at its southern edge, in a landscape of gently varied terrain south of Madison's lakes. The Capital Springs recreation area and the Ice Age Trail thread through parts of the city. Fitchburg has grown rapidly as the Madison region has expanded, while keeping farmland and open space along its margins.
