Empire Ranch Golf Course

Empire Ranch Golf Course sits in Folsom, a mid-sized city at the transition between the Sacramento metropolitan area and the Sierra Nevada foothills, adjacent to Folsom Lake and the American River canyon. The Empire Ranch area is one of the newer residential developments on the eastern edge of the city, where housing communities have expanded into the oak woodland terrain between Folsom and El Dorado Hills. The foothill position provides a character distinctly different from the flat Sacramento Valley floor communities to the west.
