Merced Golf & Country Club

Merced Golf and Country Club sits in Merced, the county seat of Merced County in the northern San Joaquin Valley. Merced is positioned in the flat agricultural valley terrain between Modesto to the north and Fresno to the south, along the Highway 99 corridor that connects the major San Joaquin Valley cities. The city is home to the University of California, Merced, the newest campus in the UC system that started operations in 2005 on the northeastern edge of the city. Merced is the commercial hub for Merced County, which is known for dairy production, almonds, poultry, and row crop agriculture.
