Pruneridge Golf Club

Pruneridge Golf Club is a golf facility in the Santa Clara area, positioned in the western portion of the Santa Clara Valley near the Cupertino and Santa Clara city boundary. The Pruneridge name reflects the prune orchards that once covered much of the Santa Clara Valley before postwar urbanization converted the agricultural land to residential and industrial uses. The course occupies a parcel in this mature suburban district, in the flat valley floor terrain of the western Santa Clara Valley between the Santa Cruz Mountains and the valley center.
