Redwood Canyon Golf Course

Redwood Canyon Golf Course is in Castro Valley, an unincorporated Alameda County community in the East Bay hills between San Leandro and Hayward. The course occupies a canyon in the hills above the Castro Valley residential neighborhoods, with mature second-growth redwood and oak covering the upper slopes. The 580 freeway provides access to the Bay Bridge corridor to the north and the Altamont Pass route to the east. Chabot Regional Park lies just to the south in the same ridge system.
