The Quarry at La Quinta

The Quarry at La Quinta sits in the southwestern corner of La Quinta, where the Santa Rosa Mountains meet the valley floor along the Bear Creek corridor. The course occupies a former rock quarry site in the canyon terrain south of Avenue 52, in elevated foothills above the flat valley communities. The La Quinta Resort lies a mile or two to the north in the Cove area, and the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains Wilderness encompasses the peaks directly above.
