Island Park Golf Course

Island Park Golf Course is positioned within the Island Park Village Resort, a destination community in Fremont County at the edge of the Yellowstone Plateau in eastern Idaho. At roughly 6,300 feet elevation—among the highest in Idaho's entire course inventory—play here is confined to a compressed summer window between the high-altitude snowpack clearing and the return of autumn frost. Island Park's caldera setting, adjacent to the Island Park Reservoir and the world-famous Henry's Fork fly-fishery, draws Yellowstone-bound visitors and anglers for whom golf is a welcome secondary amenity. The surrounding caldera forest of lodgepole pine gives the course its distinctly Yellowstone-adjacent atmosphere.
