Amesbury Golf and Country Club

Near the New Hampshire border on the Merrimack River, Amesbury is one of the northernmost towns in Essex County. The golf and country club runs nine holes on terrain that shares more with the Merrimack Valley of southern New Hampshire than with the coastal communities further south. This corner of the North Shore is agricultural and unhurried, and the club reflects that character.
