Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club is one of Michigan's most historically significant golf venues, a Genesee County club in Grand Blanc that hosted the Buick Open on the PGA Tour for more than fifty years—from 1958 until the tournament's final edition in 2009—making it one of the longest-running relationships between a single course and a single PGA Tour event in the sport's history. The Buick Open was canceled after 2009 when General Motors entered bankruptcy and could no longer support the sponsorship, ending a tournament that had brought professional golf to the Flint area for over half a century. Warwick Hills has since returned to its country club roots, maintaining a private membership while preserving the championship-caliber course that Ben Hogan, Jack Nicklaus, and Tiger Woods all played during the tournament's long run.
