Orchard Creek Golf Club

Orchard Creek Golf Club is in the Altamont area of Albany County, in the varied terrain at the base of the Helderberg escarpment west of Albany. The club sits near the edge of the Capital Region's suburban extent, where the flat Albany lowlands give way to the elevated Helderberg Hills. Albany County's western section is dominated by the Helderberg uplands, a plateau of limestone and shale that forms one of the most significant topographic features in the Capital Region. Orchard Creek takes advantage of the varied terrain at the Helderberg base in western Albany County.
