Shawngunk Country Club

Shawangunk Country Club is in Ellenville, Ulster County, at the base of the Shawangunk Ridge in the Rondout Valley of western Ulster County. The club serves the Ellenville community in the valley terrain below the Shawangunk Mountains, in a setting defined by the dramatic ridge rising above the course property. Ellenville's position at the foot of the Shawangunk wall has long attracted resort and recreational activity in the valley below the ridge. The course occupies a property in the Ellenville valley landscape at the base of the Shawangunk Mountains.
