Stoney Ridge Golf Course

Stoney Ridge Golf Course is in Childress, Childress County, in the northwest Texas plains. Childress is the county seat of Childress County, a small city at the junction of US Highway 287 and US Highway 83. The course occupies the gently varied terrain of the northwest plains, which has red clay soils and a mix of mesquite, cedars, and native grassland.
