Wildcat Golf Course is in Palestine, Anderson County, in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Palestine is the county seat of Anderson County, a mid-size East Texas city on the Neches River. Anderson County is in the heart of the East Texas oil country and Piney Woods, with pine and hardwood forests and the Texas State Railroad site. The course serves the Palestine community in the wooded terrain of the Neches River basin.
