Golf in Callahan

Callahan is a small community in Nassau County in the north Florida interior, near the Georgia border in the pine flatwoods and agricultural terrain northwest of Jacksonville. Deerfield Lakes Golf Club is the sole course here, serving a rural market in a county where the golf infrastructure is concentrated on Amelia Island and in the communities closer to the Jacksonville metro.
