Golf in Venice

Venice is a city in Sarasota County on the Gulf Coast south of Sarasota, a small coastal community known for its fossils along the Gulf shoreline and the distinctive planned character of its downtown. Four courses serve the city — Jacaranda West Country Club, Lake Venice Golf Club, Pelican Pointe Golf & Country Club, and Sarasota National Golf Club — in a market sustained by the large retirement and year-round residential population.
