Golf in Bellingham

Bellingham is a Norfolk County town in the upper Blackstone River valley, at the Rhode Island border south of Milford. New England Country Club serves the community, drawing from the residential population of a town that has grown substantially in the Route 495 suburban belt south of Greater Boston. Maplegate Country Club, once a second course in town, has since closed. The Blackstone River's headwaters in this area give the town a river-valley character that the more suburban Norfolk County communities to the north don't share. Golf in Bellingham draws from both the local population and the cross-border market from Rhode Island just a few miles to the south.
