Golf in Dennis

Dennis is a mid-Cape town on Barnstable County's northern shore, straddling the peninsula from Cape Cod Bay to Nantucket Sound. Two courses serve the community — Dennis Highlands Golf Course and Dennis Pines Golf Course — both town-operated venues that together provide substantial public golf capacity on a Cape where private clubs and resort venues dominate many of the better-known options. The pines and the upland terrain above the Sound give Dennis's courses a characteristic mid-Cape feel, with the bay-side character of the northern part of town contrasting with the more developed Sound-side corridor.
