Golf in Brock Hall

Brock Hall is an unincorporated Prince George's County community in the upper Marlboro area, part of the suburban fringe that extends south from the Capital Beltway into the county's more rural interior. Lake Presidential Golf Course reflects the community's newer residential character—development that has brought the county's southern tier into the regional commuter market within the past few decades. The coastal plain here is flat to gently rolling, with the Patuxent River watershed's upper tributaries providing occasional topographic relief and natural water features for the golf course design. Prince George's County's southern tier has evolved from an almost entirely rural tobacco-farming landscape into a mixed residential and light-commercial environment over the past thirty years, and Brock Hall represents that ongoing transformation.
