Golf in Cadillac

Cadillac is the county seat of Wexford County in the north-central Lower Peninsula, a city at the confluence of Lakes Cadillac and Mitchell that has developed a strong resort and outdoor recreation economy built on its lake-country setting in the Manistee National Forest region. The two connected lakes—Cadillac and Mitchell—provide the water-based recreational foundation for a resort community that has also developed substantial golf infrastructure in the surrounding terrain, including several quality courses that serve both the year-round county seat market and the seasonal visitors who make Cadillac a base for northern Michigan lake-country recreation.
