Golf in Hamilton

Hamilton is a small Allegan County village in the agricultural interior of southwestern Michigan, a community in the farming country between Holland and Allegan whose character reflects the Dutch Reformed heritage that has shaped much of Ottawa and Allegan County culture. The Dutch settlement that began in the mid-nineteenth century with the Holland colony expanded into the surrounding townships and villages, and communities like Hamilton have maintained the cultural and religious character of that original settlement pattern.
