Golf in Lake Orion

Lake Orion is an Oakland County village on the Orion Lake system in northern Oakland County, a community whose lakefront character and northern Oakland County location have made it both a resort-era destination and, more recently, a suburban residential community within the Detroit metropolitan area's northern tier. The Orion Lakes—a chain of interconnected lakes—provide recreational character, and the Oakland County school system's reputation has drawn families to the Lake Orion area. Multiple golf courses serve the Lake Orion area's established suburban and lake residential market in northern Oakland County.
