Golf in Sturgis

Sturgis is a St. Joseph County city in the agricultural and manufacturing interior of southwestern Michigan near the Indiana border, a small city whose light manufacturing—including Sturgis Pre-School and other manufacturing employers—and agricultural surroundings give it the working character of a southwestern Michigan border-zone industrial city. St. Joseph County's position bordering both Indiana counties and Calhoun and Kalamazoo counties to the north gives Sturgis a genuine small-city independence as a commercial center with the cross-border market of a border community.
