Golf in Three Forks

Three Forks has 1 golf course — 1 public.

Three Forks is the Gallatin County community at the headwaters of the Missouri River, where the Jefferson, Madison, and Gallatin rivers converge in one of the most historically significant confluences in North America. Headwaters Golf Course takes its name from this geography deliberately, situating every round in the context of Lewis and Clark's 1805 arrival and the founding of American exploration of the West. Missouri Headwaters State Park preserves the confluence itself, just minutes from the course, and the surrounding terrain has changed little since the expedition's journals documented it. The three rivers provide the fishing and float-trip culture that draws visitors.
