Golf in Macedon

Macedon is a town in Wayne County in the Finger Lakes region, on the Erie Canal east of Rochester in the outer suburban ring of the metro. The community occupies the flat to gently varied terrain of the Erie Canal corridor in western Wayne County, in the transition zone between the Rochester suburbs and the more rural Wayne County interior. Two courses serve Macedon: Blue Heron Hills and Sycamore Golf Club, both in the Wayne County canal corridor east of Rochester.
