Golf in Port Washington

Port Washington is a hamlet in the Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County, on the peninsular landform of the Port Washington peninsula jutting north into Long Island Sound. The community is one of the North Shore Nassau communities known for its marinas and Sound access, on the elevated hills of the peninsula above Manhasset Bay and Hempstead Harbor. Five courses serve Port Washington: Harbor Links shorter course, Harbor Links Golf Course, North Hempstead Country Club, Sands Point Golf Club, and Village Club of Sands Point.
