Golf in Napoleon

Napoleon is the county seat of Henry County in the Maumee River valley of northwestern Ohio, a community whose position at the confluence of the Maumee tributary system makes it a natural hub for the flat, productive agricultural county. The county's Black Swamp heritage—the vast wetland drained in the nineteenth century to create some of Ohio's most fertile farmland—gives Napoleon's landscape its characteristic flatness and agricultural productivity. The community serves Henry County's farming population with county seat services and the recreational amenities including Napoleon Municipal Golf Course.
