Golf in Manor

Manor is a small city in eastern Travis County northeast of Austin, in an area experiencing rapid growth as Austin's residential expansion has pushed eastward along the US 290 East and SH 130 corridors. The community has grown from a small agricultural town into a suburban residential area in a very short period, with master-planned communities and individual subdivisions appearing across the post oak and Blackland Prairie terrain of eastern Travis County. The Austin Community College Highland Campus has brought educational activity to the eastern Travis County corridor. Eastern Travis County's growth reflects the broader dispersal of Austin's tech-driven population outward from the central city and inner suburbs. The SH 130 toll road, which provides an alternate route bypassing Austin, has contributed to the accessibility of eastern Travis County communities. One course serves the Manor community in the flat to gently varied terrain of eastern Travis County.
