Golf in Menasha

Menasha is a city straddling the Winnebago and Calumet county line in the Fox Valley of northeastern Wisconsin, set at the northern end of Lake Winnebago where the Fox River begins its run toward Green Bay. Twinned with neighboring Neenah, the city grew around the paper industry and remains part of the dense, golf-active Fox Cities metro. Menasha sits on Doty Island in the channel between Lake Winnebago and Little Lake Butte des Morts, with the river and the lake shaping its setting. Golfers in the area find recreational and club courses throughout the Fox Cities metro. With Neenah adjoining and Appleton just to the north, Menasha offers a base for golf in one of the most golf-dense corners of northeastern Wisconsin, in the heart of the Fox Valley, where Lake Winnebago, the Fox River, and the paper industry shaped the cluster of communities.
