Long Beach Golf Learning Center

Long Beach Golf Learning Center is in Signal Hill, a small independent city surrounded by Long Beach in the South Bay. Signal Hill gained early attention for its oil production, and scattered pump jacks remain a feature of the hillside. The facility sits at a slightly elevated position on the hill, which rises about 365 feet above the coastal plain. Long Beach extends in all directions, and the Port of Long Beach operates several miles to the south. The 405 freeway runs just east of the hill along the corridor toward Los Angeles.
