Muroc Lake Golf Course

Muroc Lake Golf Course sits at Edwards Air Force Base in the Antelope Valley of northern Los Angeles County in the Mojave Desert. Edwards Air Force Base occupies a large area around the dry lakebed of Rogers Lake, traditionally known as Muroc Lake, which has served as a natural landing surface for experimental aircraft testing. Edwards is one of the most significant military aviation research facilities in the country, home to the Air Force Test Center and the Army Aviation Technical Test Center. The course serves the military and civilian personnel stationed at the base.
